Our Circuit; our equipment uses hydraulic resistance. This unique feature makes it possible to perform Strength training and cardio-vascular training at the same time. It’s time-efficient, convenient, customisable and gets results.
A Curves Coach; every workout, every time! Your coach is always there when you are working out providing motivation and ensuring that you get the best out of your workout. Your coach will help you get fit, gain strength and lose weight
CurvesSmart® our automated personal coaching system; All equipment in our circuit is programmed with your information, then CurvesSmart® computes all yourworkout data to produce progress reports that show your muscle strength, your calories burned and how close you are to reaching your goals.
Coaching and Accountability Sessions; Tailored to suit your needs. Your Curves Coach will take the time to assess your progress and set new goals to keep you motivated and on track. Weekly messages are all part of the service to encourage you and celebrate small successes.
The Curves Member Guide is designed to help educate members about the benefits of Strength Training at Curves including; increased muscle mass and weight control, improvement in cholesterol levels, circulation and blood pressure, reduction in the risk of diabetes, chronic disease prevention, pain management, mindset advice, nutrition tips and more.
Nutrition Advice; our coaches are always on hand to assist you with making healthy food choices with Curves Complete. Curves Complete encourages you to eat lean proteins, healthy fats, fibre and good carbohydrates. It’s unique in that it works hand-in-hand with Curves Fitness strength training and cardio exercise, helping to increase metabolism and burn fat to ensure that your goal is reached
