What’s it all about?
For one week each month we’re celebrating, literally any small success, for each of you, and the bunting is a part of that!
It’s like a smoke signal, calling all of our people together!
Here’s why this should be important to you…
What a lot of people simply don’t know, is that within each small success lies your motivation.
You joined with some goals in mind – you might have a goal weight/dress size in mind, or you may have decided to focus on the health and well-being benefits, or maybe a bit of both.
It’s important that we track your progress with your goals, because knowing you’re getting some kind of results is what will motivate you to keep coming.
That’s why, each month, in the first full week of the month, we’ll stop you in the gym and ask you if you’ve had your Coaching & Accountability.
It does what is says on the tin – your Coaches spend some time with you helping you to keep on track with your goals, encouraging you, nudging you back on course, and we will hold you accountable to the things you told us you wanted to do
We do it BEFORE your workout
It takes about 8-10 minutes
We don’t usually book it, but if you need to see a Coach to arrange it
We take 3 sets of measurements (the same three as when you joined); weight, body fat % and inches. This gives us an accurate picture of how your body is changing. If you don’t want to do measurements, you can do a “Goals Only” Coaching & Accountability
We’ll CELEBRATE with you – your motivation lies in celebrating each small achievement and we’re really, really good at celebrating!
It’s not about weight loss – if your goal is weight loss, we will of course celebrate that with you, but we’re trying to push back against diet culture and give you lots of other reasons to celebrate. Your worth is not measured on the scales, neither is your health or your well-being.
We’re here to spend that little bit of time with you, to keep you on track, adjust your goals, set new ones each month for you to work towards and keep your motivation as fresh as the day you joined.
So why the bunting? Well, what better makes a celebration than some bunting!
It’s a conversation starter for those who don’t yet know about this important week, it’s a reminder for those who do and it creates the sort of atmosphere that encourages EVERYONE to spend that time with their Coach.
Remember, it’s not all about the measurements, or the number on the scale. In fact, that’s the least important thing, because if we can get your mindset in tune, and get on board with celebrating your achievements each month, the rest will take care of itself.
What have you achieved this month?
Give it some thought in preparation and from there, think about some task focused goals for the coming month that will help you achieve the results in the long run. Your Coach will help you get this finalised and set you up for success for the month ahead.
