My favourite part about working at Curves is for sure seeing the smiles on the members faces as they feel themselves become stronger both physically and mentally through the use of Strength Training, celebrating all their wins no matter how big or small, and being part of a huge community of women all working towards the same goal: looking after themselves! Seeing women become more confident in themselves and becoming more all around healthy and happy people is just great to see and members sharing their successes with one another and celebrating each step of their health and fitness journey together!

By combining cardio and Strength Training, it just takes 30 minutes (which is just 2% out of your day) to exercise, and experiencing the benefits of strength training leaves you motivated, empowered and energised to tackle the rest of your day! All the time members tell me that they felt so much better for coming in for a workout that day all thanks to strength training!

 For me, Strength Training is a way to be the best version of myself and it leaves me feeling confident and energised and I want to share that feeling with as many women as possible. Strength Training comes with so many benefits such as gaining Strength, toning up and burning fat just to name a few! Most importantly Strength Training is for everyone, no matter age or ability. That’s the beauty of it, truly anyone can feel the benefits of Strength Training!
