I have a reputation for notebooks!

I use them a LOT and I cannot understand how anyone else gets through life without writing everything down. I’ve given it a lot of thought. Do they have less thoughts than me? Do they have less to remember than me? Is my memory worse than theirs?

The truth is, it just doesn’t matter. My notebooks are how I process information, they are how I function and engage with the world around me.

They are sometimes a source of some irritation (especially to Dannii who is the one who sits patiently while I search for something… no indexing system has ever worked!).

These are my daily (work!) notebooks from this year. I’m filling them quicker than ever.

Somewhere in here are some ideas of things I wanted to put in these emails and, while I was looking through I found something else that made me think of you.

Last month I wrote my plans for the rest of 2023 and my plans for 2024.

You see, with 8 weeks left of this year, I am not done with 2023 and neither should you be. Whether it’s pushing hard for your stretch goal, keeping going, getting started or starting over, 8 weeks is a tonne of time.

And, in 8 week’s time a whole new year starts. A new and fresh opportunity to take all the lessons from this year and time between now and then to seek out your wins and make sure you celebrate them and use them for motivation.

The next 8 weeks could literally change your life, it could change this year and it could change next year.

Whether you have notebooks filled with dreams, aspirations, and to-dos or not I want to hear your thoughts as you read this

So, are you done with 2023 yet?

And have you thought about 2024?

Think hard, tell me your wins, it’s not bragging, it’s the difference between losing your mojo and feeling motivated for more.
