Distractions. They matter...

Distractions are everywhere, and this is the time of year it is very easy to get distracted!

So here’s a question for you…?
 
Would your results improve if you focused on being consistent, reliable and diligent with your actions?
 
We can spend a lot of energy chasing 10 out of 10 – we can run ourselves ragged with our desire to deliver our best effort, on that one day.
 
What about the other days? What about the gaps? What about opportunities that drifted by unnoticed?
 
We have a quote stuck to the Smart kiosk in the gym that says, “Lost days hurt you more than successful days help you” and it’s there for a reason.
 
Without any shadow of a doubt, the best results come out of frequency and consistency. I’ve seen some incredible results from members who never saw all greens at the kiosk and were restricted to lowest training zones.
 
All because they were focused on doing the activity, without loss of enthusiasm and without getting distracted.
 
Don’t let gaps open up in your workout habit!
 
Don’t get sucked into the next novelty weight loss solution.
 
Don’t put what you have achieved so far to one side, in favour of something that looks sparkly and shiny!
