Keep your answer clear, super simple and it must focus on a VERB.

Making progress is as much about recognising what you are already doing, as it is about making change.

The world is a pretty demanding place.

There is a lot of noise.

You can get sucked into doing things you don’t really want or need to be doing.

You can get sucked into believing things about yourself that simply aren’t true.

You don’t need to make a massive change. You don’t need to wake up tomorrow a different, better person.

So be kind to yourself.

You’re wonderful as you are and you are loved, as you are.

You’re taking action every day and doing a great job.

So, take 5 minutes (only if you want to) and come up with just 2 things. It'll set you up for next week, I promise.
