Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
The comfort zone is something we are all familiar with. What we may not be familiar with is the stepping out of that zone. The thought of taking a leap into the uncomfortable seems absurd! Why would we do that? Why put ourselves in a place of unease?
Well, because it’s actually good for you. It forces you to be challenged. Helps you deal with change. Transforms you. It is so important to step out, to grow and be who you want to be.
As Coaches we see how being faced with stepping out of that comfort zone can really make people shrink back; to hide away and continue to stay where they are, when actually they really don’t want to stay there. But the thought of throwing themselves into something challenging is just overwhelming, scary and seemingly out of reach.

We MUST do it! This is what helps us grow, learn, develop and hit goals! You don’t have to throw yourself deep into changes or extreme challenging situations, you do it gradually. The main thing is that you do it and persevere. Whether it is a success for ‘fail’, it’s still a growing experience.
Keep focussed and keep going.
