7-day Challenge

I have a challenge for you; each day this week, I want you to follow along with the challenges below and see how you get on. I want you to feel great when you achieve the small goal each day, and to see how easy it is to make one small change.

Monday: Drink a glass of water with every meal. If you already do this then drink 3 extra glasses today.

Tuesday: Walk an extra 1,000-2,000+ steps. This could be to get out and go for a walk or could just be to stand up and march on the spot.

Wednesday: Swap out the unhealthy snack for a more nutritional one e.g. hummus and carrot sticks

Thursday: Plan out your day. Write down everything you want to achieve today and cross them off your list as you go

Friday: Stand up and move every hour. Most of our jobs have us sat behind a desk all day so set yourself an alarm to go off every hour to remind you to get up and move around

Saturday: Eat your 5-a-day today, if you already do, go for 10

Sunday: Meal prep day - why not plan out what you want to cook and eat this week? You might be surprised at how much less time you spend looking in the fridge when you know exactly what to cook each evening.
