Knowing what’s important to you will lead you to get clear about your goals, your priorities and what you need to spend your precious time doing. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing the right things. Getting clear on what’s important to you, and what your goals are, will help you decide what to focus on, what you need to do or what you need to learn about.

Spend time getting clear on your goals, so that the crucial habits become NON-NEGOTIABLE. You go the gym, no matter how you feel. You choose the wholemeal options, even though you know it’s not everyone’s favourite. When you’re meditating, everyone respects your privacy. You keep drinking the water, even though it increases your trips to the bathroom, and you feel like everyone notices!
