Do this today (it’s easy I promise).

Coach Sall

You can change your life in just a few minutes (and it won’t hurt a bit!) with 2 simple decisions.

Take a minute right now and ask yourself.

  1. What am I doing OK at, what’s working for me?

  2. What am I doing that just doesn’t serve me, make me feel good, or isn’t working for me?

If you ONLY decide to do more of number 1 (and/or similar things) and do less of number 2, you will have made a huge leap forward with very little friction or discomfort.

Don’t overthink this btw… you know the answers to those questions, whatever springs to mind, go with your gut instinct. After all, you can ask yourself this on a weekly basis if you want to and create opportunities to make some of the easiest changes in your life you’ll ever do.

While being a super simple practical exercise, this also works by giving you the opportunity to recognise what you’re already doing and what’s already working. Your motivation lies right there in the answer to number 1.

Once you answer number 2, you won’t be able to unsee it. Once identified as the thing that doesn’t serve you or help you or work for you, it will become unattractive for you. You will want to reject it and once you do, you create space for more of the answer to number 1.

You already have the answers, I know you do.

Hit reply and let me know, I’d love to hear how easily this works for you.
