It Doesn’t Matter if you Falter

Tune in, to shut out the noise.

Coach Sall

I’ve been speaking to a lot of you this week, mostly about podcasts and books, and here’s what I’ve noticed.

When you tune into something good, it gives you the opportunity to connect with yourself and to recommit to yourself.

It reminds you just who you are, and that you’re doing OK. It also reminds you of the things that are important to you.

It can literally shut out the noise (you know the sort of noise I’m talking about, the noise that makes you feel you should be something other than what you are… that noise!)

It doesn’t matter if you stumble, or falter, or if you are all in and giving it 100% - by getting quality input into your mind you will still make progress.

And talking of progress, it doesn’t matter if you stumble, or falter or if you are all in giving it 100%. Two steps forward and one step back is still progress.

Success isn’t a straight line between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s a roller coaster of peaks and valleys, it’s a zig-zag path of doing what you can with what you have, it’s about pushing forwards AND taking a rest.

So, make sure you tune into something good this weekend.

Get some really good quality input into your mind.

Just like good nutrition, quality input into your mind can heal, restore, recharge, and clear out the rubbish.

Tune in to recommit to YOU.
