Rebel against the tech!

Coach Kirsty

Take some down-time from your screen time!

Screens are found everywhere in our lives, smartphones, laptops, TVs the list goes on. But have you considered how much time you spend looking at a screen day to day? You might see yourself here glued to the screen for hours on end (they’re designed to glue you btw!) however by reducing your screentime you can find yourself with an improved mood, reduced stress and sleeping longer and deeper!

Start by turning your phone off (or set it on aeroplane mode) for just half an hour to do something you love, or maybe something that's on your to-do list which just keeps getting pushed aside. After reducing your screen time even by a little, you may find yourself waking up in the morning feeling more relaxed and focused, increasing your productivity, this means that you are more ready to face the day!

By taking that time out of your day to switch off and do something you love without a screen in front of you, you not only feel like you’re “beating the system” but you might also find it leads to a happier and more relaxed you!
