Put yourself on repeat…

Coach Sall

You may have heard a saying about how long it takes for habits to form. It might range from 30 days to 90 days depending on which report you read.

The thing is habits aren’t formed over time. They’re formed over frequency.

You see, if you only do the thing once in 30 days, chances are, you haven’t formed the habit, whether it’s workouts, decluttering or drinking more water.

I’ve seen goals say things like “workout regularly” – well Christmas is about as regular an event as I can think of, but if you only workout once a year you are unlikely to achieve the results you set out to.

You need to put yourself on repeat, even if your performance is only average, because while you are seeking perfection, you could be missing out on the most valuable part… showing up!

You might be very surprised at the results you can get from simply showing up often enough you cease to question it in your day.

You will certainly be very surprised at the results you get once you have established that habit and sustained it consistently for over a longer period of time.

Everyone wants one-year results in one month, I get that, we’ve been misled into thinking that is normal. It’s not. The greatest results I have ever seen are with people who keep showing up, over and over again.

They’re the ones who change their lives forever and change their family health tree in the process.

Put yourself on repeat, see what happens, and come back to me.
