One sip at a time… 😊
Water is so important for the body but we still neglect it. We’ll swap out water for coffee or tea but why? Our body needs water! So, here are my top tips on how you can increase your water intake;
1. Drink a glass of water every time you flick the kettle on to make a cuppa. If you don’t like cold water, then fill it up and leave it next to the kettle for next time so it will be room temp.
2. Use a water bottle, mark off the times of the day and try to stick to it, or you could even set yourself an alarm every hour.
3. Every time you have a drink of water, take 10 big sips! You will be surprised at how much water you will drink in ten sips.
4. Fill up a big 2 litre bottle and ensure, that by the end of the day you have drunk it all!
5. Drink a glass of water with every meal.
6. Drink a glass of water every time you go to the bathroom.
7. If you feel tired then grab some water, you could be thirsty.
