Are you reading, watching, listening to things that lift you up? And I’m not talking happy stories or cat videos that put you in a good mood, I’m talking thing LIFT you, things that challenge your thinking, elevate your thoughts, widen your horizons and increase your self-belief, your motivation and your drive to achieve your goals.
Our mission of Strengthening women goes beyond the physical because we understand how important mindset is. It is never more clear how much work there is to do to lift women up than during our Coaching & Accountability week and during our PI Challenge.
Quality input is essential if you want to succeed – if weight loss, fitness or simply being Stronger is your goal you don’t need a social media feed full of weight loss recipes, novelty diets, or a fitness hack. You need to understand your inner voice, you need to know that inner voice might lie to you (even though it will feel like the truth) and you need to know that if you struggling it’s not your fault, you don’t need to “have a word”, you need to see and hear the right words.
