“F” words!
It’s not win, or lose
I can’t tell you how often we, as Coaches, have to deal with “F” words…. It starts with the first F.
Why 30 matters!
30 minutes is not very long, in fact, sometimes it seems so insignificant we can always just do it tomorrow, when we’ve got more time… and we skip it. In favour of what? Something else that only takes 30 minutes? Something someone else has asked us to do, something we feel obliged to do, something that we can cross off our to-do list that we believe will give us a feeling of fulfilment.
Are you a morning person?
Making some small adjustments to the way you organize your time can be a simple way to help you feel more in control of any tasks you’re facing. When you’re thinking about the things you need to do today, tomorrow, or even routinely, consider these points.
Breathe - to get better results!
Working out can be tough and tiring, especially as we like to challenge and push ourselves to reach those goals and to improve our performance on the circuit. As coaches we are constantly making small tweaks to improve your performance so that you get the most effective workout, which includes paying attention to your breathing.

Make the choice, make the change
One thing that is brilliant about being human is that we are in control of our thoughts, opinions and our actions. No one can tell us what to think or how to act. Ultimately, that is down to you.
Self care promotes health and prevents disease
Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, well and you can do all the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day. It doesn’t mean being selfish or indulgent, it's some dedicated time to look after number you!
